• Sled Island (June 18 - 22) The Sled Island Music & Arts Festival is an annual independent music and arts festival that showcases over 200 bands, visual artists, filmmakers, and comedians in multiple venues across the city. The festival is known for being a discovery festival, allowing attendees to discover their new favourite bands.

• Much Ado About Nothing - The Play (June 19) From the team that brought you Riverona, Full Circle Theatre returns to its classical roots with Shakespeare’s most beloved battle of wits. The OG Rom-Com! Much Ado About Nothing is performed in the original text—but with our signature Full Circle flair.

• Freezer Burn - Alberta Burning Man (June 19 - 23) Freezer Burn is the annual Alberta Regional Burning Man celebration where we create a temporary community out on the prairie to strengthen our ties with old friends and to forge friendships with newcomers to the Burning Man experience. 

• Calgary Surge Home Game (June 19) The Edmonton Stingers Vs Calgary Surge at Westerner Park Centrium.

• Lettuce Be Loved Drag Show (June 19) Join us for a vibrant night of drag and community as we toss expectations and celebrate bold self-expression with performances by Nearah Nuff, Farrah Nuff, Nada Nuff, Tana Nuff, Ella Va Nuff, and MX JENDR! This high-energy Drag Show x Launch Party marks the debut of our latest artist collaboration as part of The LOVED. Collection.

• White Burgundy Bliss (June 19) This exclusive experience invites you to explore the exquisite flavours and refined character of White Burgundy wines, crafted from the world-famous Chardonnay grape in the heart of France’s Burgundy region. We will be exploring 6 different White Burgundys, from crisp Aligoté to the richer Chardonnay of Maconnais, and everything in between!

• The Spring Single Malt Festival (June 19) Our 11th annual (ish) Festival of all things Malt Whisky will feature at least 100 single malts from Scotland & around the world, and our aim this time around is to feature at least 20 never-before-seen drams.

• Vine & Dine (June 19) John Griffiths, owner/winemaker of Faber Vineyards is with us for a one-off special winemaker dinner in June! 

• Golden Reveries: Celebrating Our Pollinators (June 20) Join us for a pop-up, multidisciplinary art exhibition that celebrates the incredible role of pollinators, with a special focus on bees. 

• Mainstreet Bowness Night Market (June 20) Join us at the MainStreet Bowness Night Market for a fun-filled evening of shopping, food, and live music, right in the heart of Bowness!
