• Calgary Flames Vs. Utah Hockey Club (Dec 2) Hockey game at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

• Cinéma DU LOOK Film Festival kicks off (Dec 2) Calgary Cinematheque welcomes you to 2025 with a selection of the best of the “Cinema Du Look”, a movie movement that famed critic Pauline Kael once said, “thinks with its eyes.” 

• First Free Thursdays At Contemporary Calgary (Dec 2 - March 2) Come check it out is Italian artist Paola Pivi’s first major institutional solo show in Canada. Born in Milan, Italy and currently residing on the Island of Hawai’i, Hawaii, Pivi’s practice subverts the familiar and ordinary in ways that expands on our relationship with the built environment. 

• Calgary Thursday Night Trivia at Southland Yard (Dec 2) Tremendous Trivia is bringing Free Trivia Thursdays to Southland Yard General Knowledge and Name That Tune!

• UCalgary Dinos Men's Hockey vs. MRU Cougars (Dec 3) The Dinos have captured 162 Canada West championships, including the Men's Swimming and Women’s Wrestling championships in 2023-24. Additionally, they have won 49 U SPORTS national championships. 

• Warner Bros. Discovery presents BUGS BUNNY AT THE SYMPHONY (Dec 4 - 5) A thrilling blend of classical music and classic animation! Bugs Bunny and his Looney Tunes pals join audiences of all ages at Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium for Bugs Bunny at the Symphony.

• Beetlejuice - Broadway Across Canada (Dec 7 - 12) It’s showtime!
